Duties of A Public Relations Officer

• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to car registrations, Trade License renewals,  export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.
• To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
• To maintain database of all Trade Licences by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
• Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.
• Assist in admin support when required.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Public Relations Officer are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
