Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to clinical, administrative, or operational functions depending on your professional background
- Support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services across Via Medica’s operations
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
- Promote Emiratisation values and serve as an ambassador for UAE national talent
- Develop professional skills through structured mentorship and training programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across medical and administrative departments
- Participate in continuous learning, development, and career advancement activities

Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (medical or administrative)
- Valid Family Book documentation
- For healthcare professionals: valid DOH License and completed or in-progress DataFlow report
- Relevant clinical certifications preferred: BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS/ITLS
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional excellence and continuous development
