Key Responsibilities for Executive Assistant at Via Medica International Healthcare Abu Dhabi

• Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities
• Coordinate high-level internal and external communications with efficiency and professionalism
• Prepare impactful presentations, executive reports, and business correspondence
• Handle all confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and integrity
• Manage complex travel arrangements, visa coordination, and itinerary planning
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the executive office
• Liaise with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Support project coordination, follow-up on action items, and track key deliverables
• Organise and manage executive events, leadership meetings, and corporate functions

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting senior executives at C-level is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional presence with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight, non-negotiable deadlines
• High degree of personal integrity and professional discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common executive productivity tools
