Job Description
Springdale Indian School presently requires to employ vibrant & energetic candidate for job role of Homeroom Teacher in Sharjah. Job Purpose of Homeroom Teacher
- Facilitate the learning and teaching of students in the school.
- Create lesson plans while incorporating technology.
- Instruct and inspire students in Science, English and Math.
Job Duties of A Homeroom Teacher
- Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities.
- Fostering student engagement and participation in classroom activities, discussions and extracurricular activities.
- Encourage learning through experience.
- Provide support to the children’s learning environment.
- Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources.
- Develop appropriate teaching / guidance methodology and identify weak students.
- Help develop the children’s basic skills, including speech and communication.
- Observing, assessing and recording each child’s progress.
- Maintain and schedule weekly and monthly activities.
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master degree or degree of BEd.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
Skills Desired
- Proficient in MS Office and computer basic is a plus.
