Responsibilities of Commis 3

• Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
• Work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions .
• Controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification.
• Maintain and organize their station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion to meet the Chef’s expectation.
• Carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Demi chef .
• Reports back when they have been carried out anticipating the next task to complete.
• Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.

Requirements of Commis 3

• College or Culinary Diploma.
• Possess internationally approved Food Safety Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience or a beginner

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Background in different Cuisines
• Working with multi-cultural teams
• Good comprehension of the English language
• Team player
