Assistant Manager Outlet Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi

As an Assistant Manager Outlet at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi you will be responsible for the efficient running of the outlet, alongside the Outlet Manager, in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas’ strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Outlet

• The role holder is responsible to assist in managing the assigned outlet as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and brand standards.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Requirements of Assistant Manager Outlet

• Degree in business administration, hospitality management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years previous supervisory experience in 5 star luxury resort or stand-alone high-end venue.

Skills Desired

An European language will be an advantage.
