Westford University college is hiring a Dean – International Collaborations and Outreach UAE in Dubai. This is a full-time position.

Westford needs a senior leader to represent the institution locally Dean  and internationally. This full time role involves promoting the institution’s values and strategic objectives to internal and external stakeholders. You will represent Westford at national and international forums, industry events, and conferences. You will also identify opportunities for business development, student engagement, and strategic partnerships. Your goal is to enhance Westford’s visibility, influence, and global reputation. If you hold a doctorate in a relevant field with extensive educational experience, this role suits you. Proven success in fostering strategic partnerships is essential.

Key Responsibilities for Dean

• Serve as the key representative for Westford to all stakeholders

• Promote the institution’s values and strategic objectives consistently

• Represent Westford at national and international forums and conferences

• Communicate the institution’s mission and values effectively to external stakeholders

• Enhance Westford’s visibility and influence in the higher education sector

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business development opportunities

• Identify opportunities for student engagement and strategic partnerships

• Align all initiatives with Westford’s long term vision

• Communicate Westford’s academic vision and core values to staff, students, and external partners

• Ensure clarity and alignment across all programs and initiatives

• Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, professional organizations, and government bodies

• Enhance Westford’s reputation and create new growth avenues

• Identify and develop new revenue streams through student recruitment, international collaborations, research, and commercial ventures

• Foster relationships that bolster Westford’s presence on the global stage

• Act as the face of the institution at external engagements and industry events

• Advocate for Westford’s mission and vision at all times

• Maintain active communication with students, staff, alumni, industry partners, and government entities

• Ensure that Westford’s strategic goals and values are well understood and supported

• Collaborate with academic leaders and student services teams

• Implement initiatives that support student success, career preparation, learning skills, and retention
