About the Role

The Assistant Manager – Talent & Performance at PureHealth plays a key part in operationalising performance cycles, talent reviews, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning across the entire organization. Furthermore, this role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and strong stakeholder support throughout all talent management processes. Moreover, the incumbent manages assigned initiatives end-to-end, from planning and coordination to stakeholder engagement and milestone delivery, working closely with senior HR leadership in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned talent and performance initiatives end-to-end, including planning, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate and administer the full performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end calibrations
• Provide hands-on support for talent reviews and succession planning, including data preparation and reporting
• Support the rollout of leadership development and capability-building programs across the organization
• Maintain and update talent data in HRIS and performance management systems with accuracy and consistency
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate talent insights to senior leadership
• Coordinate with HRBPs and business leaders on performance-related queries and escalations
• Monitor and track key performance cycle milestones and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent and performance management frameworks and processes
• Support change management communications and training related to performance cycle rollouts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or HR generalist roles
• Strong understanding of performance management cycles, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and performance management platforms
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and stakeholder presentations
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
