Zayed University needs a Senior Institutional Research and Market Analyst to join its Strategy and Future Department. This full time role involves collecting, validating, and analysing external market data alongside institutional data. You will conduct comparative analysis between institutional performance and sector wide best practices. In addition, you will prepare market focused analytics reports that inform strategic decisions on competitiveness and growth. You will also develop predictive market models and forecasting tools. If you hold a Master degree with six years of experience including two years in a supervisory position, this role is for you. A Bachelor degree with eight years of experience is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Institutional Research and Market Analyst Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Collect, validate, and analyse external market data alongside institutional data. Support market positioning efforts effectively.
• Conduct comparative analysis between institutional performance, market trends, and sector wide best practices. Prepare market focused analytics reports that inform strategic decisions on competitiveness, growth, and external partnerships.
• Develop and apply predictive market models and forecasting tools. Anticipate sector trends, labor market shifts, and competitor moves. Provide business intelligence insights by combining market analysis with institutional data.
• Maintain and update dashboards that combine internal metrics with external market indicators. Obtain a holistic view of institutional performance.
• Assist in designing, administering, and analysing surveys. Focus on course evaluations, market perception, employer feedback, and stakeholder expectations. Use Explorance Blue software. Ensure compliance of market and institutional research activities with data governance and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams. Integrate internal and external data sources to generate strategic insights. Support institutional reporting to government entities, accreditation bodies, ranking organizations, and benchmarking associations.
• Coordinate data submissions and ensure data quality. Generate and maintain institutional data repositories and historical datasets. Ensure accessibility and consistency for longitudinal analysis. Finally, perform ad hoc activities as requested by your direct supervisor.

Qualifications

You need a Bachelor degree with a minimum of eight years of experience, including at least four years in a supervisory position. Alternatively, a Master degree with a minimum of six years of experience, including at least two years in a supervisory position, is acceptable. Certification in a relevant field is preferred. Explorance Blue Certification is also preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
