Responsibilities of Bellhop/Porter

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and. efficiency.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure. seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with valet parking services if applicable.
• Uphold hotel standards for customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements of Bellhop/Porter

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years as a Bell Boy or in a similar hospitality role is a plus.
