A respected college in the UAE needs an experienced Administrative and Office Support Coordinator. This full time role involves providing staff and office support for the college dean’s office. You will screen and handle telephone communications, greet and direct visitors, and deal with administrative issues as they arise. In addition, you will organize and facilitate meetings and special events. You will also compose and prepare written correspondence. If you have a bachelor degree in business administration or a related field with five to seven years of directly related experience, this role is for you. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Word processing and data entry skills are required. Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and special events is essential. Database management skills and knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques are also required. Finally, you must be able to provide leadership and guidance to administrative support staff and students.
The monthly salary for this role ranges from 10000 to 15000 AED. Your experience and qualifications will determine the exact amount.
