Dubai College is seeking a proactive Careers and Futures Administrator to support the school’s careers provision with high quality organisation and communication. This full time role focuses on coordinating events, managing partnerships, and keeping students, parents, and staff well informed about future opportunities. If you enjoy planning university fairs, arranging work experience placements, and helping young people take confident steps toward their careers, this position offers a meaningful and varied workload. You will work alongside a dedicated team in one of Dubai’s most respected British curriculum schools, contributing directly to student success beyond the classroom.

The Careers and Futures department supports students from secondary years through to A Levels, offering guidance on university applications, apprenticeships, and career pathways. You need a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree in business, communications, education, or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or careers guidance is highly desirable. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with external partners. Attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed are also key.
The monthly salary for this Careers and Futures Administrator role ranges from 8000 to 12000 AED depending on experience and qualifications.
