Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in line with company policies and accounting standards
• Monitor outstanding fees and coordinate with parents to ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with month end and year end closing activities
• Oversee petty cash handling and support bank account administration
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and internal financial procedures
• Provide financial updates and administrative support to internal teams when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is required
• Minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with parents and staff
• Prior experience in administrative support alongside accounting duties is preferred
