About the Role

The Management Trainer at Al Dar University College will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction in business administration and management subjects. Moreover, the trainer will contribute to the overall academic development of the institution and participate in program review cycles and institutional committees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom teaching and prepare materials for management courses
• Conduct examinations and manage student evaluations effectively
• Monitor, assess, and record student progress and academic performance
• Contribute to the program review cycle and development of new programs
• Support the overall development and growth of the Academy
• Serve in various institutional and program committees as required
• Participate actively in outreach activities and community engagement
• Develop innovative teaching strategies using online platforms and tools
• Coordinate with fellow faculty members on curriculum improvements
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the management or business field
• Proficiency in online teaching tools including Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Google Classroom
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Strong soft skills, especially in presentation and report writing
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program design is preferred
