Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive security service across the entire Nord Anglia school campus. Ensure full operational and health and safety compliance at all times.
• Lead a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Mitigate any security risks or breaches quickly and effectively.
• Manage and maintain security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Conduct regular system checks and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Perform risk assessments and incident investigations. Document findings and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Liaise with local authorities, police, and emergency services. Build strong working relationships to ensure a coordinated response during crises.
• Develop and update emergency plans and crisis management procedures. Run regular drills for staff and students to ensure readiness.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. Provide security updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You need a degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field. First aid, fire safety, and emergency response training are mandatory. You must have proven experience in a senior security management role, including managing security teams across an extensive campus or school. Strong knowledge of security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems is essential. Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, crisis management, and emergency planning is also required. Additionally, you need strong communication skills and experience liaising with local authorities and emergency services. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews at the school.
