Key Responsibilities for Technology Trainer at Al Dar University College Dubai
- Deliver classroom teaching in information technology and engineering subjects
- Prepare comprehensive course materials and digital learning resources
- Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance effectively
- Monitor, assess, and record student academic progress on a regular basis
- Contribute to program review cycles and development of new technology programs
- Support the overall growth and academic development of the Academy
- Serve on institutional and program committees as required
- Participate in outreach activities and technology industry partnerships
- Develop innovative teaching strategies using modern educational technology
- Coordinate with faculty members on curriculum updates and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the IT or engineering field
- Proficiency in online teaching tools including Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Google Classroom
- Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong presentation and technical report writing skills
- Industry certifications in relevant technology domains are preferred
