About the Role

The Technology Trainer at Al Dar University College will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction in information technology and engineering-related subjects. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom teaching in information technology and engineering subjects
• Prepare comprehensive course materials and digital learning resources
• Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance effectively
• Monitor, assess, and record student academic progress on a regular basis
• Contribute to program review cycles and development of new technology programs
• Support the overall growth and academic development of the Academy
• Serve on institutional and program committees as required
• Participate in outreach activities and technology industry partnerships
• Develop innovative teaching strategies using modern educational technology
• Coordinate with faculty members on curriculum updates and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the IT or engineering field
• Proficiency in online teaching tools including Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Google Classroom
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Strong presentation and technical report writing skills
• Industry certifications in relevant technology domains are preferred
