Laser Technician Al Futtaim Healthcare

Al Futtaim Group is currently looking for a Laser Technician in Dubai who will be responsible to deliver safe and effective laser application to all patients. Ensuring updated, best practice and result-oriented therapy. This is a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 6000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Laser Technician

• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team and highlight any urgent results as per procedure guidelines.
• Delivering correct Laser Parameters by using the standard set by the manufacturer.
• Ensuring that the patients are aware of the pros and cons of laser treatment and its possible untoward reactions.
• Take responsibility on equipment care and disinfection.
• Making sure that the fiber optics are set in the proper place to avoid damage to the machine.
• Ensure the Periodic Preventive Maintenance are being performed at the required time.
• Maintain professional standards and quality control procedures to ensure safe and efficient practice.
• Follow ups with all New patients and making sure that they are compliant with post treatment care and no side effect occur that needs further management.
• Aware of Regulatory guidelines of DHA.  Ensure display of Sign boards for Safety Protocols.
• Establish and maintain professional standards and quality control procedures to ensure safe and efficient practice.

Eligibility Requirements for Laser Technician

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Certification in Laser Application.
• Valid DHA license.
• Valid Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Laser Technician or in a similar role.
