Key Responsibilities for Faculty Position in Orthodontics Dubai

• Deliver high quality didactic and clinical teaching in Orthodontics

• Lead lectures, workshops, and hands on clinical sessions

• Develop, implement, and administer the MSc and Residency in Orthodontics program

• Assess and evaluate orthodontic courses to ensure educational excellence

• Provide clinical supervision aligned with the college’s high standards

• Conduct research aligned with HBMCDM’s strategic goals

• Secure research grants and publish in leading peer reviewed journals

• Supervise postgraduate research projects

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent qualification in Orthodontics

• Certification from a professional organization such as the American Board of Orthodontics or UK, Australian, or Canadian Royal Colleges

• Specialist dental qualification in Orthodontics

• Proven experience in postgraduate teaching and supervision of orthodontic clinical procedures

• Extensive clinical expertise and up to date knowledge of orthodontic technology

• Demonstrated academic leadership at a senior administrative level

• A strong research profile in Orthodontics

• Engagement with the international academic community

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Must meet eligibility criteria for registration as an Orthodontic specialist or consultant with Dubai Health Authority
