Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering classroom activities and helping students engage effectively with lessons
• Assist individual students and small groups to improve their learning progress and social development
• Help implement individual learning plans and monitor student progress under teacher guidance
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing among students throughout the school day
• Prepare learning materials, displays, and classroom resources as required by teaching staff
• Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, record keeping, and classroom organisation
• Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to support students with additional learning needs

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a minimum secondary school certificate along with at least two years of experience working in a school environment. Salary range on 6000 to 12000 AED per Month. Strong English communication skills are required to support classroom interaction and student engagement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate patience, teamwork, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s education and development. Experience working with diverse student groups or additional learning needs is an advantage.
