Taaleem needs an Arabic Learning Assistant to support students learning the Arabic language. This full time role involves helping students practice their Arabic skills through conversations, exercises, and activities. You will work closely with educators to provide guidance and additional resources. Your goal is to enhance the learning experience for students of different proficiency levels. In addition, you will create and implement lesson plans under the guidance of teachers. The ideal candidate has strong spoken and written Arabic skills. Key Responsibilities for Arabic Learning Assistant

• Assist students in practicing their Arabic language skills. Use conversations, exercises, and fun activities to make learning engaging. Support students individually or in small groups.
• Create and implement lesson plans under the guidance of educators. Follow the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Adapt your approach based on student needs.
• Provide feedback to students on their progress. Point out their strengths and areas for improvement. Help them build confidence in speaking and writing Arabic.
• Support educators in creating a positive learning environment. Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage participation. Organize and maintain learning materials and resources.

Qualifications

You need proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in teaching or tutoring Arabic language is a plus.
