Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families

• Explain the application process clearly and patiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education, Business, or a related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Ability to provide tailored advice with professionalism and empathy

• Previous experience in admissions, counselling, or a related role is highly preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
