Dubai Business School needs two dedicated Admission Counsellors to join its administrative team. This full time role directly impacts the school’s strategic mission. You will attract talented students who share our vision of academic excellence and leadership development. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families. You will also support applicants from their first inquiry through to enrollment. If you have a bachelor degree in Education, Business, or a related field, this role suits you. Previous experience in admissions or counselling is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities for Admission Counsellor DBS University Of Dubai

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families

• Offer detailed guidance on program options and admission requirements

• Explain the application process clearly and patiently

• Support applicants throughout their journey from inquiry to enrollment

• Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for each student

• Engage in strategic outreach activities

• Represent the Business School at education fairs, school visits, and community events

• Conduct in depth counseling sessions

• Align each student’s aspirations with the school’s programs and opportunities

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams

• Ensure admissions strategies align with the Business School’s strategic goals

• Maintain accurate applicant data in the CRM system

• Provide insights for continuous improvement in admissions strategies

• Contribute to achieving enrollment targets

• Ensure alignment with diversity and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education, Business, or a related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Ability to provide tailored advice with professionalism and empathy

• Previous experience in admissions, counselling, or a related role is highly preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
