Taaleem needs an experienced Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and enrollment. This full time role involves setting up the admissions team and working closely with the founding Principal and Head of Admissions. Your main goal is to achieve or exceed the opening admissions target. In addition, you will provide a high level of customer service to all prospective families. You will manage the application approvals process with the Principal, Heads of School, and the SEN team. You will also oversee registration with KHDA or ADEK. If you have three or more years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, this role could be for you. Taaleem is committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare. You need a bachelor degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in admissions is preferred but not essential. However, three or more years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience in a related service delivery industry is required. You must be well organized with excellent customer service skills. A sound knowledge of the school and curriculum is an asset. You need exemplary written and spoken English and Arabic. Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are also required.
The monthly salary for this Admissions Manager role ranges from 15000 to 22000 AED. Your experience and qualifications will determine the exact amount.
