Nord Anglia Education is hiring a World Languages – Teacher of French (with Spanish/German) Dubai, AE in Dubai, AE. This is a full-time position.

NAS Dubai seeks a passionate Teacher of French who can also teach Spanish or German to join its world class campus starting 16th August 2026. This full time role is based in Dubai and is open to qualified language educators who hold a university degree in French, Spanish, or German plus a recognized teaching qualification. You will deliver the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, and the IB Diploma Programme. Key Responsibilities for World Languages

• Deliver engaging French lessons across secondary year groups, and also teach Spanish or German depending on your specialism. Follow the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB Diploma Programme for world languages.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work that build listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Use authentic materials and technology to make language learning interactive and enjoyable.
• Create a classroom culture where there are no limits to what students can achieve. Set ambitious targets and help each learner reach their full potential in foreign languages.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for external examinations including IGCSE, A Level, and IB assessments.
• Organise language related extracurricular activities such as conversation clubs, cultural events, or exchange projects. Encourage students to participate in global collaborations through Nord Anglia partnerships with Juilliard, MIT, and UNICEF.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop cross curricular projects. Act as a strong ambassador for the school, engaging parents and the wider community. Finally, participate in professional development through Nord Anglia University.

Qualifications

You need a university degree in French, Spanish, German, or a related languages field. A recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent is essential. You should have considerable teaching experience and strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, or IB Diploma for world languages. Native or near native proficiency in French is required, plus the ability to teach Spanish or German at least to beginner or intermediate level. The school looks for educators who are receptive to feedback, ready to embrace change, and able to create energy and excitement in the classroom. You must also meet visa related requirements for the UAE.
