About the Role

The Administrative Assistant at PureHealth’s Commercial Office serves as a central point of administrative support for the CCO and the broader commercial function. Furthermore, the role involves managing diary schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring seamless administrative operations across the office. Moreover, the position also supports the Marketing team with vendor coordination and procurement processes, requiring a professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PA support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including diary management and correspondence
• Organize and coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, circulating materials, and tracking follow-up actions
• Act as the central administrative point of contact for the Commercial Office and manage day-to-day operations
• Coordinate administrative processes across internal stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support Marketing team procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase order management
• Manage official correspondence, document filing, and record-keeping in line with internal policies
• Arrange travel logistics, hotel bookings, and itinerary management for the CCO and senior commercial staff
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings
• Monitor and track office budgets, expenses, and administrative costs on behalf of the Commercial Office
• Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth coordination of commercial activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator in a corporate environment
• Prior experience supporting C-suite executives in a healthcare or corporate setting is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
