About the Role
The Registered Nurse at Mediclinic Middle East is responsible for providing and coordinating patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care. Furthermore, this role ensures compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. Moreover, the successful candidate will collaborate with the multidisciplinary professional team to deliver quality patient care according to set clinical standards. In addition, this position involves mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards
- Coordinate evidence-based nursing care plans for assigned patients effectively
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing clinical risks
- Monitor compliance with clinical risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Contribute to positive patient experiences by creating a supportive care environment
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees actively
- Support the development of a learning environment that builds employee competence
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records as per company standards
- Promote adherence to ethical and professional nursing standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- At least two years of nursing experience in own country is desired
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
