About the Role

The Clinical Psychologist at Aman Lilafia Clinic will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and mental health interventions to adults and children. Furthermore, the role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Moreover, the psychologist will contribute to treatment planning and therapeutic program development across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities for Clinical Psychologist at Aman Lilafia Clinic

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized clinical tools and interviews
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and counselors
• Provide psychological support for patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders
• Conduct group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops for patients and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain confidential and accurate psychological records in compliance with DHA standards
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment reviews
• Support community mental health awareness and outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Clinical Psychologist
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, or DBT
• Strong cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and therapeutic rapport-building skills in English
