Bloom Charter Education is hiring a ICT Teacher – August 2026 Start Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in Al Ain Road. This is a full-time position.

Bloom Education needs a passionate ICT Teacher to join its Charter Schools in Al Ain starting August 2026. This full time role involves teaching Information and Communication Technology to students following an American based curriculum. The Charter Schools project serves public school students from kindergarten through Grade 11, with more grades to come. Your goal is to develop students’ digital literacy, coding skills, and responsible use of technology. You will plan engaging lessons that prepare students for a technology driven world. If you hold a relevant BA degree and PGCE with at least two years of postgraduate teaching experience, this role is for you. Experience with the American curriculum is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities for ICT Teacher

• Teach ICT to students across different grade levels. Plan and prepare lessons that follow the American curriculum. Cover topics such as computer basics, internet safety, coding, and software applications.
• Use hands on projects to develop students’ problem solving and critical thinking skills. Encourage creativity and innovation through technology. Create a positive digital classroom environment.
• Assess student progress regularly. Monitor their work and record achievements. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Prepare them for digital assessments and real world applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders. Work together to integrate technology across other subjects. Attend meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in continuing professional development. Stay updated on new educational technologies. Finally, promote the general wellbeing and safety of students at all times.

Qualifications

You need a relevant BA degree and a PGCE. A minimum of two years of postgraduate teaching experience is required. Experience with the American curriculum is an advantage. You must set high standards for yourself and others. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential. A collaborative, flexible, and innovative approach to teaching is also important. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare is non negotiable.
