Senior LMS Manager at Aldar Education Abu Dhabi Full-time

Additionally, this role is responsible for the design, governance, rollout, adoption, and continuous evolution of the group-wide LMS across all schools from K to Grade 13.

About the Role

As a Senior LMS Manager at Aldar Education, you will lead the design, governance, and rollout of the organisation’s Learning Management System across all schools. Furthermore, you will ensure the LMS supports curriculum delivery, teaching practices, and student learning outcomes while enabling visibility of performance across class, grade, school, and group levels. Moreover, you will drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the LMS platform including AI-enabled learning tools and personalised learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and rollout of the LMS across all Aldar Education schools
• Define and oversee the structural design including course hierarchy, grade structures, and user roles
• Establish governance protocols, standards, and best practices for LMS use
• Design and deliver a structured LMS training framework for teachers and school leaders
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics for learning activity and student progress
• Define the long-term strategic roadmap including advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools
• Manage the internal developer responsible for Moodle configuration and customisation
• Act as the primary HQ contact for LMS strategy and platform evolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Digital Learning, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in technology, digital learning platforms, or LMS programme leadership
• Experience implementing or managing LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives in large-scale organisations
• Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems and digital learning ecosystems
• Strong understanding of curriculum delivery, digital pedagogy, and learning workflows
• Experience designing reporting frameworks and learning analytics dashboards
