About the Role

The Group Training Manager at PureHealth reports directly to the Chief Patient Experience Officer and oversees enterprise-wide training initiatives across multiple hospital sites. Furthermore, this role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, face-to-face training programs for both clinical and non-clinical hospital staff. Moreover, the position serves as the architect of learning strategies that drive operational excellence, service quality, and patient-focused care, ensuring every patient interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide, in-person training initiatives across multiple hospital sites covering clinical and non-clinical staff
• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with patient experience and operational excellence objectives
• Develop and implement learning frameworks that drive service quality and staff performance improvement
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven metrics and key performance indicators
• Coordinate with department heads and senior leadership to identify skills gaps and training priorities
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees joining the PureHealth hospital network
• Promote a strong culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability across facilities
• Manage training budgets, external vendor relationships, and learning management system platforms
• Contribute directly to the improvement of patient satisfaction and experience scores through capability building
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals and specialists across hospital locations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting
• Proven track record of designing, delivering, and measuring enterprise-level training programs across multiple sites
• Prior experience in a UAE or GCC hospital network environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences
• Strong knowledge of patient experience frameworks, hospitality service standards, and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and digital training platforms
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
