About the Role
The Female Registered Nurse will play a vital role within the clinical team at Harley Street Medical Centre, delivering high-quality patient care across a range of healthcare settings. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices. Moreover, this role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who holds a valid DOH license and brings 3–4 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition promptly to the medical team
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation and clinical records
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices
- Support infection control procedures and maintain a safe clinical environment
- Contribute to ward rounds, handovers, and clinical meetings as required
- Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively in accordance with protocols
- Promote patient dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
- Valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) License as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare environment
