Advertising industry in Khaleej times is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join their team as an Event Planner Assistant in Dubai. In this role, you will provide essential support to their team of event planners in executing successful events from start to finish.

Responsibilities of Event Planner Assistant

• Assisting with event planning and coordination tasks, such as venue selection, vendor communication, and timeline development.
• Managing RSVP lists, guest registrations, and event logistics
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assisting with on site event setup, including decor, signage, and equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests before, during, and after events.
• Conducting research on event trends, venues, and suppliers to support event planning efforts.
• Handling administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, preparing invoices, and managing budgets.

Requirements of Event Planner Assistant

• High school diploma in management or in relevant field.
• Proven work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
