Established in 2021, Mubadala Health operates, manages and develops a portfolio of health care assets including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Health point, Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), Amana Healthcare, National Reference Laboratory (NRL), Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC), Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre (ADTC), Danat Al Emarat, Health Plus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center, Health Plus Family Clinics, Health Plus Fertility, Health Plus Women’s Health Center and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi.
Job Purpose of An Accountant At Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre
- Reports to the Supervisor Accounting & Billing.
- Oversee financial & accounting activities such as annual budgetary control, payroll & financial reporting & ensure their compliance with standards.
- Support development of a forward facing Financial Reporting and Governance divisional plan in line with MH’s goals.
- Monitor finances according to legislation, policy and IFRS.
- Supports MH goals from a finance perspective by giving input and making sure adherence.
Your Job Duties As An Accountant At Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre
Financial Management Operations
- Ensures that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability.
- Executes payroll, accounts payable and outsourced services and processes.
- Address all financial accounting matters in a timely manner.
Finance
- Budgeting & control.
- Financial analysis.
- Financial reconciliation.
- Payment processing.
- Financial reporting and statements.
- Invoicing/ Knowledge of billing system.
- FIS Reporting.
Financial Reporting
- Evaluates financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures and investment activities.
- Develops regular reports to governing bodies on income, expenditure and
any budget variations.
Organizational Culture & Compliance
- Participates in collaboration with the Line Manager to meet the division’s strategic and operational goals.
- Adheres to the division’s policy and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies.
- Maintains financial reporting and control systems and accounts in order to keep pace with organizational changes.
- Participates in meetings and maintain professionalism and confidentiality as per standard code of conduct.
- Timely complete personal performance evaluation cycles.
Communication
- Communicates with team members and maintain good liaison to ensure smooth implementation of operational activities.
- Liaises with all functions to get inputs on budget and preparation of financial reports and fore casts.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Or
- Master’s Degree in Accounting.
Experience
- Up to 6 years of progressive career experience.
Or
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a professional qualification.
- Working in a field within the health care industry.
