Al Futtaim Group is presently looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the job position of an UX/UI Designer in Dubai. The role is required to collect, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements. Responsibe for delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. Facilitate the design of industry leading omnichannel retail services with various product teams & brands.
Duties of UX/UI Designer
- Plan and implement new designs.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop technical and business requirements.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Responsible for including appropriate user research activities at each stage of design.
- Responsible for providing & communicating actionable findings clearly from user research activities.
- Responsible for continuously including customers in the design process.
- Responsible for effective facilitation of Omni channel experience designm
- Responsible for delivering the appropriate experience design artefacts within schedule.
Job Requirements For UX/UI Designer
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree.
Experience
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in a mid/lead UI/UX role.
- At least 2 years exposure to Omnichannel retail with a focus on e-commerce.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- First and foremost, a great cultural fit with Al-Futtaim.
