An international higher education institution in Dubai needs an Information Technology and Engineering Trainer. This full time role involves classroom teaching and preparing course materials for IT and engineering subjects. You will conduct examinations and evaluate student work. In addition, you will monitor, record, and report on student progress. You will also contribute to program reviews and the development of new technology programs. You will serve on institutional and program committees. Furthermore, you will participate in outreach activities. If you hold a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, this role suits you. You need at least two years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution. You also need two years of practical experience in IT or engineering.

Key Responsibilities for Technology Trainer Dubai

• Deliver classroom teaching in IT and engineering subjects

• Prepare engaging course materials and lesson plans

• Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance

• Assess, monitor, and record student work accurately

• Report on student progress to program leadership

• Contribute to the program review cycle

• Help develop new academic programs and related exercises

• Support the development of the academy as a whole

• Serve on various institutional and program committees

• Participate in outreach activities to promote the academy

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Degree from an accredited university or higher education institution

• At least two years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution

• At least two years of practical experience in IT, engineering, or a related field

• Proficiency in online teaching tools and virtual platforms

• Hands on experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Google Classroom

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Effective soft skills, especially in presentation and report writing
