About the Role
Serve as the primary contact for all incoming calls and email requests for technical support. Diagnose networking, hardware, and software problems for Staff, Faculty and Students and provide general technical support to all end users. Document, track, and monitor problems using Helpdesk management software. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to Abu Dhabi University’s mission of providing quality education and qualifications respected worldwide.
