Technician, Radisson Hotel Group Dubai

Radisson Hotel Group is actively looking for suitably skilled candidate for the job position of a HVAC/Refigeration/Kitchen Technician. The successful candidate will work Radisson Beach Resort PalmJumeirah in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for all maintenance work required in HVAC, Refigeration & Kitchen equipment/accessories, thereby contributing to provision of exceptional customer services. Job Purpose of A Technician

Oversee and carry out maintenance and repair activities in all HVAC, refigeration and kitchen equipment.

Job Duties of A Technician

• Routine maintenance of all refrigeration equipment.
• Preventive maintenance of all refrigeration equipment.
• Repair and major overhaul of refrigeration equipment.
• Check the ice cube making machine on a daily basis and brief R & M Manager for any defect.
• In the absence of AC Technician to attend to chillers, AHU’s FCU’s.
• Attend to the daily assignment sheet given.
• Attend to the service requests.
• To have a clear understanding to the hotel’s fire drill, the staff handbook and regulations stated therein.
• To observe and enforce the health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• To have a particular regard to the safe operation of all plant and equipment and ensure safety of guests and staff at all times.
• To observe the regulations regarding the guest contact and entry to guestrooms.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas and to liaise with other departments in this matter.
• Attend the morning briefing at 8:45 am and 5:45 pm at the end of the day.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum a high school.
• Professional technician certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same role.
