Key Responsibilities
The following tasks will be performed by the Sports Coach

Plan, organize, and conduct regular practice sessions and conditioning programs for student athletes

Teach fundamental sport specific skills, strategies, and techniques to individuals and teams

Monitor and assess athlete performance, development, and fitness levels throughout the season

Ensure the safety, well being, and academic balance of all team members at all times

Maintain discipline, respect, and a positive team culture among all athletes

Coordinate effectively with athletic trainers, academic staff, and other coaches
-
Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities related to the sport to a high standard

Adhere to all institutional, conference, and governing body rules and regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience coaching school aged children in a structured setting is required. A relevant coaching certification or degree in physical education or sports science is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills must be demonstrated. First aid and CPR certification is highly valued. A clean criminal background check covering the previous ten years of employment history will be required. An online due diligence search will also be completed. A patient, positive, and solution focused attitude is expected.

The current market salary for a Sports Coach in Dubai ranges from 8,000 to 12,000 AED per month depending on experience and qualifications.
