The University of Strathclyde Business School UAE is currently seeking a dedicated Student Experience Coordinator to join the Student Experience team in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality student services across the institution. Furthermore, the successful candidate will contribute to enhancing overall student satisfaction and engagement through effective operational management and disability support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of student experience services across the campus, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery at all times.
• Provide comprehensive support for students with disabilities, including the development of individual support plans and liaison with academic departments.
• Oversee financial and operational management processes within the student experience function, maintaining accurate records and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement initiatives that improve student wellbeing and engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in education, student services, or a closely related field is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in student support services, disability coordination, or higher education administration with strong organisational capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial management and administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software systems and reporting tools.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have substantial experience working within a higher education environment, particularly in student-facing roles. In addition, experience managing disability support services and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects is highly desirable. Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 8,000 AED to 18,000 AED, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
