About the Role

The Social Media Executive will report directly to the Digital Communication and Marketing Specialist and will be responsible for assisting in promoting external communication programs for ENS while developing internal communications across the organisation. Furthermore, the role involves managing most of ENS’s web and social media exposure and presence. Moreover, the successful candidate will support various departmental activities and be instrumental in shaping ENS’s digital identity across all platforms. In addition, this role spans content creation, event coverage, supplier coordination, and administrative communication support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Communication and Marketing Specialist to effectively implement Communications and Marketing strategies across all social media platforms.
• Plan and develop ENS internal and external digital communication programs in coordination with the Marketing Specialist.
• Assist in measuring and evaluating the success of external digital communications programs, ensuring feedback and continuous improvement are built into the process.
• Produce and edit social media content including press releases, publications, social media posts, website content, and brochure material.
• Produce media content such as school videos and short movies for promotional purposes.
• Lead media coverage of main school events including photography and videography.
• Coordinate with suppliers for finalising artwork and deliveries to ensure timely and quality output.
• Maintain the ENS website, keeping it up to date with activities, news, and photos.
• Feed social media accounts with central office news and posts on a regular basis.
• Update databases and media lists and track implemented projects and media exposure.
• Facilitate effective internal communications and provide administrative support to the communication coordinator.
• Attend meetings, prepare presentations if required, draft minutes of meetings, and prepare marketing reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing and communication role.
• BA or High Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of media relations and digital media strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software such as Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Solid editing and researching skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
