Adecco has an amazing opportunity for the job role of Senior Manager Business Transformation in Dubai. As a Senior Manager in the Business Transformation department, you will be instrumental in the execution of transformation programs within the organization. This role requires effective coordination with various business units and a focus on implementing strategic priorities to drive transformation across the group and its subsidiaries. A key focus in this process concerns with supporting on key activities to develop, calibrate, execute, and monitor strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities Of Senior Manager Business Transformation

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic transformation projects in line with organizational goals.
  • Identifying and structuring problems.
  • Conduct independent research, data gathering, data assimilation, data structuring activities.
  • Analysing root causes and developing and recommending solutions.
  • Developing delivery workplans and driving execution identifying and mitigating risks while enabling and sharing best practices.
  • Define effective and sustainable delivery milestones of strategic transformational programs, maintaining high standards of program management and enabling sharing best practices.
  • Design and develop execution and implementation tools & processes enabling the programs/ projects to be delivered following a clear methodology in partnership with functional leads at the verticals across the group, cascading across various functions where relevant.
  • Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adapting as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.

Performance Management & reporting

  • Develop relevant program/project-specific metrics, risks and issues analyses to report on progress and impact on a continuous basis to the leadership teams.
  • Prepare business presentations and reports related to Business Transformation Department for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project phases and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Contribute to comprehensive stakeholder management activities to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Contribute to change management processes/ activities to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives and transformations within the organization.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery with high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects.
  • Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals.

Requirements Of Senior Manager Business Transformation

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in project management, program management, particularly in business transformation or similar areas.
  • Experience in strategy role within consulting or relevant sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and change management within complex organizational settings.

Skills And Abilities Desired

  • Good industry knowledge gained through direct industry experience and / or business transformation projects across corporate holdings, preferably operating assets across real estate, assessment management hospitality, or entertainment sector.
