Responsibilities of Secretary

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  • Manage and organize office correspondence and communication.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including filing and data entry.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma in relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Secretary or in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
