Role of Secretary
Responsible for providing administrative support at the front desk of the hospital.
Duties of a Secretary
- Book appointments and arrange meetings.
- Deal with all telephone inquiries and make sure the questioner is satisfied.
- Ensure daily and weekly reports are on hand prior to the daily and weekly meetings.
- Greet all doctors, staff and patients in a friendly manner and deal with them accordingly.
- Handle outgoing and incoming elephone calls courteously and quickly.
- Must have all the paperwork in hand for the present working day.
- Check mailbox multiple times a day for any messages / mails received and proceed as instructed.
- Keep the front desk / Reception area clean and presentable.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- 2-3 years experience in Relevant field.
- Experience in Healthcare setting is desirable.
