Responsibilities of School Receptionist
- Greet and assist visitors, students and parents at the school reception.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage school correspondence and communication.
- Maintain student attendance records and handle enrollment inquiries.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.
Requirements of School Receptionist
- High school diploma or equavalent.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as a Receptionist, preferably in a school setting.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
