Creative Zone LLC is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator for a remote position (offshore outside UAE). Role of Sales Coordinator

As the Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team and be the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation and information.

Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

• Help customers and increase sales .
• Display excellent customer service, being responsive and highly organized.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments thereby ensuring smooth integration of sales, operations and marketing activities.

What you’ll do

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  
• 2-3 years Sales or Client Relations experience with an emphasis on telephone support.
• Previous contact centre experience is preferred.
  
• Currently based outside of the UAE in home country and available for an immediate start.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
• Knowledge of ZOHO CRM will be an advantage.
  
• Excellent spoken English ability.
• Arabic and other languages will be an advantage.
