About the Role
The Registered Nurse position at Burjeel Holdings involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across a range of specialist inpatient and outpatient departments. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of senior nursing and medical staff, contributing to clinical excellence across the organisation. Furthermore, this role covers key departments including Operating Theatre, NICU, PICU, Cath Lab, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, IP, and OPD. Moreover, Burjeel Holdings welcomes both male and female applicants with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients across assigned departments
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations accurately in clinical records
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
- Coordinate with physicians, consultants, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Support patients and families with education, guidance, and emotional reassurance
- Manage and maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and medication inventories
- Respond promptly and effectively to clinical emergencies and critical situations
- Participate in ward rounds, handovers, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Adhere strictly to infection control, patient safety, and accreditation standards
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of nursing practices and departmental quality initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Valid DOH, DHA, MOH, or NCLEX registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience
- Arabic or Tagalog language proficiency is required for this intake
- Experience in one or more of the following: OT, NICU, PICU, Cath Lab, ICU, ER, Oncology, IP, or OPD
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
