About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care across multiple clinical divisions within Via Medica International Healthcare in Abu Dhabi. Moreover, this role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised patient care plans while adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice. Furthermore, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, and may be required to support academic, training, or clinical research activities depending on placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care across diverse clinical settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in line with clinical best practice
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and report changes promptly to the supervising team
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures per DOH Abu Dhabi protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient health records
- Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care plans
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support academic, training, or clinical activities as required by the division
- Ensure full compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and company clinical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Registered Nurse license or DOH eligibility letter
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute or specialised setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work across different clinical divisions and settings within the organization
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
