About the Role
The Registered Nurse – DHA Eligibility will deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care across a range of clinical settings within Abu Dhabi. Moreover, this role offers the unique opportunity to work across diverse healthcare divisions, providing comprehensive nursing services while transitioning from a DHA to a DOH license. Furthermore, the successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support academic and clinical training activities, and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Health regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care across diverse clinical settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising medical team
- Administer medications, clinical treatments, and procedures in line with DOH protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient health records
- Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement programmes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, educators, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Support academic, training, or clinical research activities as required
- Ensure ongoing compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification
- Valid DHA Registration (to be converted to DOH Abu Dhabi license)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute or specialised setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work across different clinical divisions and settings
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
