About the Role

The Physiotherapist at Prime Hospital will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions. Furthermore, the role requires close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and other specialists to design rehabilitation programs. Moreover, the physiotherapist will manage a varied caseload across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy interventions
• Manage post-surgical rehabilitation for orthopedic and neurological patients
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient rehabilitation
• Maintain detailed clinical records and treatment documentation per DHA standards
• Participate in departmental audits, research activities, and quality improvement projects
• Support the development of rehabilitation protocols and clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Physiotherapist
• Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center
• Strong skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current physiotherapy techniques
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills in English
