About the Role

The Physiotherapist at Dubai Autism Center will provide specialized physical therapy and rehabilitation services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, the role involves developing individualized treatment plans and working closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and educators. Moreover, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with children and young adults with ASD in a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments for children with ASD
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and therapy plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions focused on motor development
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators
• Maintain accurate clinical records and therapy documentation
• Support gross motor skills development and physical fitness programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Contribute to family education and home exercise program development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Must be licensable by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA licensed is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or equivalent setting
• Expertise working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams
