Patient Experience Ambassador, Mubadala Health Abu Dhabi

• Pro actively participates in collaboration with MH Leadership to meet the strategic, quality, and operational goals of Mubadala Health.
• Maintains technological expertise of systems with impact on registration, scheduling and other access driven systems.
• Exercises top notch desirable customer service demeanor and professionalism in all communication, duties and attire while interacting with patients, physicians, staff and visitors.
• Communicates and coordinates information in a knowledgeable and courteous manner with staff, patients, and families.
• Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives or action plans put in place to improve the patient’s experience.
• Ability to communicate and document patients call back and/or outreach requests.
• Maintains confidentiality with patients, staff and guests.
• Implements and ensures sustainability of patient experience initiatives.
• Adheres to productivity, quality and patient satisfaction standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• 6 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a B.Sc Degree.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good communications skills.
